Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Switzerland delivery takes typically 3-5 working days;

International shipments 10-20 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and subject to local postal delays.

You will receive a tracking number from me within this time frame.
All artworks are packed in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival.

All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.

Big artworks will be removed from the stretching bars before shipping and shipped rolled in a tube.

Each artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Costs:

Studio Pickup (Zürich area): Free of charge
Switzerland: CHF 15 – CHF 30 (depends on size, includes tracking and insurance)
European Union (EU): CHF 45 – CHF 80 (tracked and insured)
International (Worldwide): Calculated upon request (please contact me prior to purchase for a shipping quote)

Note: For large artworks shipped rolled in a tube, shipping costs may vary. You will be notified of the exact shipping cost before final confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy:
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on original artworks.

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the package and the artwork.
